I work order parts for cabinets and tables from Osbourne often. I can find just the right pieces needed to complete a custom design. Great products, great service, and speedy shipping.
2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Dont change a thing.
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
The leg was much nicer than expected. Also they call and check to make sure everything was good I will be ordering again. My table is very strong with the legs. And my wife loves them too

As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.
The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

The ordering process was very easy and very price forward. There was no hidden fees. Every wood had the price next to it so cost was well known. Shipping was fast and very well packaged.
Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.
